I find it had to imagine the services of loan holding you to prior standard or Fannie/Freddie presumably the owner of the loan to request servicer to do so.

I understand what your goal is here, but a week in a stranger’s house isn’t going to teach you anything…And though I know you don’t mean it this way, the request comes across as a bit creepy.

What should I be requesting from the tenants and seller regarding documentation?
