At least one of the tenants named in the lease or that tenant’s spouse must occupy the shared apartment as a primary residence.A tenant must inform the landlord of the name of any occupant within 30 days of the occupant moving into the apartment or 30 days of a landlord’s request for this information.

My bank said after 7 days I should call the issuing bank and make sure there is no hold or return request on the check prior to sending any money back to them.I did have a discussion with the tenant, and told them that I will be holding the money until it is fully cleared with the banks.I also informed them that if I get it rented by Aug 1st I will return their money minus any costs associated with releasing it including my time.

Almost every supplier, vendor and lender who has any business savvy will not give credit solely to an LLC without requesting a Personal Guarantee, meaning if the LLC does not pay their bills then the LLC member(s) who signed the Personal Guarantee are liable, meaning if the LLC doesn't pay their bills those members' personal homes, bank accounts, etc. are at the exact same risk as people who don't have an LLC. 4.

I find it had to imagine the services of loan holding you to prior standard or Fannie/Freddie presumably the owner of the loan to request servicer to do so.
