It is a duct tape negotiation type book, works for everything from the workplace to a transaction....It has some neat principles that are pretty universal.

The image below shows our "product" (foreground bags, triple wrapped in 6Mil and double taped) compared to the industry common "rope off the property, put plastic down, get in your space suit,  and blast away with sledge hammers... and collect $20K" debris dump.

"Flip able LLCs" are actually pretty tricky I've heard, because there's lots of red tape that goes with selling an LLC. 

They went back and flagged a few of the corners but there is still one point (corner) that isn't staked so we'll just need to crisscross a couple of measuring tapes and get it as close as we can.

(even on an asphalt pavement job, it still worked on my sub).

You'll know when they tape a FDIC siezure notice and closed sign on the door!

They are the tape and book readers and the ones that sound good and I concur when you go back to them now all of a sudden they are changing their tune.
