His TV and cats are gone but it appears the rest of the stuff is still there.

I produced a building green TV series back in 2007 and the costs/technology hasn't progressed near as much as expected.

My STRs have the highest ROI of all of my investments and paying someone else to handle the calls about "the wifi no working, the hot tub isn't hot enough and how do I work the TV," is well worth it.

If someone tried this (acceleration on DOS default) on me, I'd 1) attempt to discuss rationally with FI, 2) address the state Commissioner of Banks (per my Sep 16 '11 post on BP), 3) petition the attorney general, and 4) call local TV consumer advocate.

I watched some late night ad on TV that said I could buy houses and vacation in the Caribbean after  just one deal (or something like that) :-). 

I may take a leisurely drive to your area this weekend if the weather holds.

And that's why I don't own any REI property, spend that valuable time watching tv. 

I would never raise my voice like on TV.

But part of me wants to "see what will happen" :) Not worth it, better to watch on TV than in your own life.

-Major renovations have been completed since purchase in 2012, new roof, new HVAC, new bathrooms, new pluming, new insulation, new 32'' tv, etc done on both properties.
