I also taught Accounting I, Accounting II, Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Access and business math classes in evening for Southern California Institute of technology for 8 years.

I'm not happy with the services that they've provided and will be seeking a new lender with more flexibility for the modern investor (and technology) in the future. 

I can see how technology could a limit buyers in this situation and it's best to be at the auction.
