I had the local foundation specialists come out and take a look.  

So I thought I'd put it out there to see if the BP community could bring some clarity to the situation, especially if your an Aussie with the same setup or a tax specialist who understands non-resident requirements.  

They're going to shove you off of some member of their team who is a "buyer specialist."

I then told him that pay-per-click marketing has gotten fairly sophisticated to the point that I suggest that individual investors hire specialists to manage this sort of marketing.

You should consult with a cross border legal and/or accounting specialist as to your best entity structure to use.  

Be sure to get a foundation specialist to tell you what it would take to get the house fixed.Also note that sometimes fixing the foundation can break old pipes so set aside additional $ for sewer line repairs. 

Zillow is also another place I’ve listed and gotten messages from insurance relocation specialists and corporate clients. 

Some of them will charge an inspection fee $50-100, some will do it for free because you do good business with them, either way it will be worth every penny.My key areas to check:Foundation - if its really old get a foundation specialist to check it out. 

I don't think location of CPA matters (in terms of proximity) but finding specialists in real estate might be upping the price.
