This implies the return on this investment should not count the cost of the PM because this is money that you are earning and should be paid to yourself.

I can list the address so that people will know what your contract is for but you cannot post pictures of the house or in any significant way imply you have the right to sell the house.

Once someone has left school, they usually don't want to be educated about things they aren't interested in, and for most people, the written word is just a tool, not a passion.I admit I have made a lot of generalizations in this post, and I hope people accept that I made them just for ease of communication, I didn't mean to imply that everyone reading this post doesn't want to be educated / is lazy, or anything like that!
