Hi Kirk Rasmussen,Overall I would have to say that income-producing property would provide the best returns for the time invested when you consider amortization, depreciation, cash-flow, and leverage.As far as where to start looking, I may be a little biased, but I would suggest finding turn key properties in strong markets with rent-to-value ratios of 1% or more.Feel free to post any other questions you have.Continued success!

We have a large portion of the country that are not educated and are making decisions they know nothing about.I don't claim to be an expert myself and those who do are probably lying but I am versed in economics ( I minored in it in college) as well as understand the relationships between what has occurred in American History vs. what is going on in the political arena today.I personally don't watch TV because all there is is a biased media that is brain washing a country of mindless individuals who cannot think for themselves.PS.
