I was talking with some friends who are app developers about how far STR has come in recent years thanks to all the great new apps and software that help everyone out (MailChimp, YourPorter, OwnerRez, AirGMS, Guesty, etc).

Trying to weed through all the reviews of different Property Management Software options and the list is endless.

I heard in recent years of casinos closing down, but some casinos opening back up as of recent.

Others, their brokerages recommended CRM apps and software.

I'm doing a flip right now that I bought on the MLS, but lately I'm noticing less and less investment inventory coming up on the MLS, so I want to do a mailing campaign to target more sellers.I was curious if anyone knew a good software to use to pull records for mailing campaigns?

Are you using a software like REIPro, ListSource or PropStream?
