Stay away.LTR: 6 month notice for rent increase, must take 1st qualified applicant-cannot choose from a pool, cannot evict anyone during school year, un-just cause state,  leasee can move in as many people as they want, comfort animals are considered service animals, illegal to cut down a tree, landlord responsible for all utilities even if in tenants name, all notices must be served in person according to law or invalid, all notices must be served with a list of free tenant lawyer services or invalid, at end of lease landlord MUST offer renewal, month to month ends when tenant wants to end, landlord cannot end without one of 16 just cause reasons. .....I'm sure I've left a lot out, but these are some reasons not to invest in Seattle.
