Looking at this from a business standpoint, I would prefer that tenants in my properties not have lethal weapons at their disposal because they are inherently dangerous.Life is complicated and I genuinely appreciate that there are widely divergent views on this issue.

Anyhow, the PM allowed us to pay 1/2 on the 1st and 1/2 on the 15th (the guaranteed pay dates for military) which allowed us to have more disposable income the first two weeks of the month and really did help with budgeting.So from personal experience I would say that it is a reasonable request and I can't see why I wouldn't afford someone else the same opportunity.Incidentally, we ended up renting that same house for almost 6 straight years.
