I have a few more apartment deals on my radar in Stockton but need to see where the market flows and the City makes it's investments.In regards to folks who move from the Bay Area to Stockton - these are lower middle class folks who have jobs that can be almost anywhere, such as restaurant job, nurses, admin, teachers, etc.
