So now that I've said that, I'll encourage you to keep educating yourself on the many different options you really have (beyond multifamily even), one of which might be to sit on the sidelines and wait for a downturn and then take advantage of the "crisis".As you answer those questions to yourself keep coming back with questions and we'll be happy to advise you to the best of our abilities.

Depending on how you set it up, it is either a return of capital, repayment of a loan, or a distribution of profits.Before getting there, though, I would encourage you to look more deeply at your options.
