I have a couple of multi family deals I'm looking at and could use someone to bounce thoughts off of.

I would also love to find some good local mentors that are willing to meet a couple times a month so I can bounce ideas off of them and mitigate future rookie mistakes.

I offer payment by checks in the mail, cash in hand, direct debit and credit card.If you are late or bounce a check then its cashiers check/money order or cash in hand only.

I will keep an eye on the market, but likely going to have to bounce out to Stockton (or similar) to make something like this work.

So I assume the market must be decent for things like that.But it's always great to hear stories like yours where people can bounce back from a really bad string to do even better than they were.

I believe that Puerto Rico will bounce back, so the only way is UP if u buy correctly.
