POF is money in your bank account, so when I've submitted a cash offer I literally send a screen shot of my online bank account balance.It sounds like your POF form is at best a pre approval from a hard money lender, in which case you need to be submitting a financed offer not cash.

Answering your question yes you just type the @ symbol followed by the first few letters of someone's name for example for you I would type @Goldy Reich and after you enter the first few letters the name should pop up on the bottom of the screen.

Hi,I was wondering if anyone, @Steve Hamilton , has a definitive answer on what is allowable for expenses within a SDIRA, as far as 'misc personal expenses' goes.It is my understanding that even though you can not contribute 'sweat equity' into a SDIRA property, you CAN do the book keeping and tenant screening etc.....
