You go ahead and forego a months rent for the small town you operate in to accommodate unreasonable requests, if this is how poorly you manage I pity the people who crowd fund with you and your partner.

You need to talk to an accommodator who can handle that. :)

I've learned from past experiences that being overly accommodating often puts one at a disadvantage.

The home was modest, 3/2, 1100 sqft, no pool but with transportation accommodations.

If the answer to animals is related to a disability, I answer "We gladly make reasonable accommodations for people with qualified disabilities."

Here's another:  "Tenants must accommodate reasonable requests to show the unit to prospective tenants for re-rent or to prospective purchasers when the property is for sale."

Cons: The size of the park was reduced, and the access to it was changed in the last couple of years to accommodate expanding the highway.

I don't know why you feel it necessary to make excessive accommodations for an applicant. 

Are they knowledgeable and practical, willing to accommodate the issues that frequently occur with flips, or are they quick to foreclose?
