Our tenants want to have satellite TV and have asked if they can have a satellite dish installed through Century Link on our SFR at our tenants' expense.

Then why would we need the show like Shark Tank on TV!

Example: the tenant's policy will cover the big screen tv that got ruined by the tree that fell  into the roof letting all the rain in. 

Of course you can't help it if you've got to replace a couch and 4 tv's in the same month.

It's Scott Mcgillivray's seminar (Very popular Canadian TV show host and real estate investor and company - keyspire owner) and so far I'm loving it and learning a lot. 

They are useless at this point.What are you all doing for TV now? 

Work, eat, TV, etc.

Sometimes we have to go to a property daily because the guest just cannot figure out the TV, even after we have shown it to them multiple times and have provided written instructions, etc.
