All my artwork would go, along with the suit of armor and the full size Marilyn Monroe display.I would leave the beds, vacuum cleaner, charcoal grill, cable/wifi service, washer/dryer, the gym equipment, all my adult oriented artwork that has my contact information on it (calendars of scantily clad women doing construction work).They would need to pay the gas, elec, water, trash, sewer.

If you're an investor not a dealer, the income recognition is still the same, but if it's owned by your 401K for example, that increase may be deferred, not because of the note or what you accomplished but by the nature of your tax deferred plan.I see Steven Hamilton (our resident tax guy) was here, guess he felt no comment was necessary.

When we're done, told her we could've rented the place 2 weeks ago, and the rent about covers a much better paint job if we hired someone.She was upset we had people come to change faucet washers and toilet parts when we get complaint on leaks.

It is mostly to raise money for the city and to pay for the inpsctor's wage and the union benefits for the city.There are not a lot of huge plumbing jobs so they require you to pull a permit for anything other than changing washers (this includes changing a toilet or faucet).
