Definitely, I agree that our generation can easily get distracted buying "status items" - perfect phrase, too.

The fact that they added the burden of proof phrase implies there are situations when it would not be considered acting as a broker without a license.   

Well, during site work we discovered a "hot" spot (I love the phrase) by way of an unidentified pipe.

I personally think 5th ward is shaping up to be one of, if not the the next "hip and trendy" areas of Houston. 

There's a ton of development in downtown, from a few trendy hotels and apartment buildings to new Denver-based restaurants coming in, an 8,000 seat lacrosse stadium, a new hockey arena for Colorado College, the Creek Walk along Cheyenne Blvd, and the Ivy Wild development.
