Just assumed it would be easier/faster, and since I found no evidence of Hubzu being a scam, Why not?

Cory - Do your due diligence, there are all kinds of private money lenders scamming people out there.

It's not fun being here in good faith, yet having everyone bully and think I'm trying to scam my grandparents. 

Comments state that some LL's are locking out the thermostats, the condition of the properties are bad, and feeling "scammed".  

My tenant is late on rent, and I found out they may be a scam as they gave me a fake name.
