Got in the house today and the biggest problem is a basement wall crack which looks like a serious problem.Have not done a house with this type of problems so not sure how much $$$ we are taking about.My plan is to use carbon fiber cloths with epoxy.Option 2 is to use anchorsThis retaining basement wall is about 480 sq ft (60ft long by 8ft tall).

When doing it that way you know what properties they use and where they find them and then do what they do and retain the option to sell to them or sell on your own.On option 2, after you have done a few deals like that you could even decide to hold a few of the properties, and have the TK provider you work with manage them, put tenants in etc. you would help them have a little more inventory (if you go with option 1) or have an additional resource for reno and pipeline (if you go what option 2)Good luck

I have put money into things like a necessary new deck, dry rot, new windows (they were only single pane), new flooring, retaining walls etc...just to keep it well maintained.
