You are trying to insinuate that I am involved with a possible scam that this person may or may not have worked over on you by stating Now I am seeing James Wise sell the houses that this scammer sold to those he took advantage of. 

Please be careful not to be a victim of a scam where they will send you the money or more than you requested then come up with some story about not being able to move in again then request that you send back a portion of the money and keep the rest for your troubles.

@Bill Gulley everyone I have ever talked to in the asbestos or lead abatement game all says it’s a scam.

Therefore, they and I wait as we sift through the garbage, the fantasies, and the scams to find the deal that meets our criteria.

But, I am a little worried about getting scammed and being a foreigner buyer.

This is just a scam designed to cheat you, but because the government has put such teeth into protecting true service animals, many landlords have been afraid to push back.

I doubt too you qualified the buyer and bet you didn't get near a mortgage originator for your owner occupant, if they are in the property as customary in the Rent-To-Own scams.
