Should i entertain this request ,inspect the property for any pet damages and refund the pet deposit or hang on one more year till the new lease ends ?

@Sam LeonWe entertained a property on a land lease a couple of years ago, but in the end passed on the opportunity as the land-lease termination date was not far enough out {2-3 generations by our determination) and the lease itself had no provision for renewal or purchase.
