That's a nice appliance package.Cabinets/Countertop - Your units cost $6800 for both.  

It will probably be in the $600k+ price point; however, to get top dollar, we are recommending that she replace some flooring and countertops.

I have 3 fourplexes with basically 900 sqft apartments.My "rehabs" so far are basically re-paint (walls, not trim), do minor repairs, replace carpet w/ LVT (about 650 sqft), replace carepet on stairs, and replace the countertops w/ pre-fab laminate tops from big box hardware stores.Materials and labor come in around $4500/unit when I do that. 

I have connections to contractors, plumbers, electricians, material suppliers (counter tops, tiles, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc.) as well as engineers, home inspectors and surveyors. 

As such, the pictures they've shown looks like a result of the renovations, but I'm not sure if all the units are like that (i.e. new granite countertops, etc). 

If I am able to put granite countertops in an apartment with stainless steel appliances, I am going to do it.  

Saying that people change it is like saying that you do not want the seller to pay the markup on the new counter tops they put in and you want some of that out of the equation.  

I was out of state at the time or I would've left it on the kitchen countertop which is what I normally do.

Maybe you only like quartz countertops. 

Lastly, I am putting in granite kitchen countertops which bumps rents 50-75 more a month.
