The suggestion I have is:1) keep the house and trim white, including that brick2) add black shutters to the windows3) paint the front door a bold colorI'm biased though.

Re paint it , add some trim , add some shutters .

They always seem to find "That ripped carpet they didn't notice", "The broken trim by the door", "The discolored patch of wall in the basement".

We wash woodwork and trim down. 

I still mow the grass trim the hedges, do minor repairs etc.

Outside trim is stuck in stucco.

When you demo sheetrock, do you try to save baseboard, window and door trim, or do you just replace.

Painting isn’t hard in essence but if you don’t use the correct rollers, prime correctly, trim correctly.

Mahogany wood trim matches the interior mahogany wainscoting and wood floors.
