ET Homeowners soon will be able to count income they earn from Airbnb Inc. rentals on applications for refinance loans.A new program -- expected to be announced on Thursday by Airbnb, mortgage giant Fannie Mae and three big lenders -- will allow anyone who has rented out property on Airbnb for a year or longer to count some or all of that money as income.Refinancing can be a way for a homeowner to tap home equity for renovations, college tuition or other big expenses, or to reduce their monthly payments.Lenders have been tougher on income from side businesses and part-time work since the mid-2000s, when poorly documented income claims on mortgage applications helped fuel the housing bubble.Airbnb, which launched in 2008, argues that its service includes reliable technology to track income, and that it is helping middle-class Americans stay in their homes by giving them a way to generate additional cash."

What was interesting to me was that at the conference, two of their three main speakers were women -- Randi Zuckerberg (that is, Mark Zuckerberg's sister, who is also the creator of Facebook Live and creator of a kids show called Dot, Dot Complicated and a new initiative called Sue's Test Kitchen, that are all about kids and technology).

And these are all Sears Kenmore.I ended up with:  2 Stainless Steel side by side counter depth with water and ice dispenser fridges ($960 ea)1 Stainless Steel side by side  with water and ice dispenser fridge ($720 ea) 3 Stainless Steel glass top ovens with convection and self cleaning ($475 ea which included an additional 5% discount)3 Stainless Steel w/SS Tub Dishwashers ($399 ea)2 Stainless Steel Microwave ovens with sensor technology ($208 ea through Sears Commercial Account)Total including taxes and free delivery $6,179.00 Plus there is a rebate of $50 on each of the convection ovens, (limit 2) so 2 of the ovens are actually $425 each after the rebate, which brings my total to $6,079.00Grab the sale if you need appliances, I think it is only for today and tomorrow.

Gas from Washington Gas is usually free if you promise to install the gas appliances on your load list.If you are on Septic in Howard County the new BAT (best available technology) laws have increased the septic system from about 15,000 to 20,000 plus.That said it is expensive!!!

The Tri-Cities also decided in 2011 there future rapid transit technology will be LRT(light rail transit) and will be implemented in 2 phases, phase 1 an LRT route running from Conestoga Mall in Waterloo to Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener.
