Any resources or videos (outside of youtube) would be greatly appreciated. 

I hate full blown Landlord Software because I only have about 10 units and hate the fees...I am a big fan of the "Lite" Landlord Software and the only one for rent payment that can be 100% free for the landlord and the tenant WITH automatic late fees is apartments.comI actually did a whole video about this on my YouTube channel comparing the must have features of any rental collection tool!

I have heard about ALE Solutions & DAN Housing from Jesse Vasquez's YT videos and i'm enrolled with them.

I just don't understand what happened here.Your PM could do a better job by requiring the tenant to take pictures or video so they understand the issue and can share that information with the plumber.

I've bounced around social media watching many videos, but decided to follow along the BP forums.

What are your go-to non-Biggerpockets Youtube channels for REI? 

Are they interested or concerned about neighborhood crime, supporting data for surrounding rental rates that might affect your future cash flow, pictures or video of the property showing the class of the neighborhood and the property itself, ... ?

But wanted to get a second opinion if thats correct as in online videos i did not see something like this.thanks
