For instance I did one class last week that worked in 12 different states.

I could see fully comping 1-2 nights at low season rates, particularly if one doesn't have a lot of reviews yet, but would you, as an established host with tons of reviews, comp a full week or more of a prime season stay? 

I just started reading all about the real estate investing realm a few weeks ago, and I want to continue to dive into it and learn as much as I can in the next few years.

Just joined few weeks ago.

I am already seeing days on market much higher than 3 months ago along with price drop week after week. 

I've done a local renovation where I was on site at least once a week and thought I was ready to do a flip or BRRRR OOS...nope.

Start by setting one small, actionable goal this week—like researching your local market or reaching out to a real estate agent.

I finally got ahold of the city today and they said the permitting timeline can be as fast as 3 weeks to 3 months, and is up to the owner's application and readiness.
