Hey @Dean Letfus do you know of people having much success with direct marketing with yellow letters or the like for buy and holds in NZ?

Green is an editable cell, yellow is locked because it's a formula.

Both of those markets btw have some "$100k yellow lines"...thats a term a partner uses for when which side of the street you are on makes a $100k difference.In both markets today properties are selling above asking in days if not hours.

 If you know their name, I  usually look them up on Yellow Pages.

Builders build feverishly when they see a green light, but can't stop building when it turns yellow, and they still bring inventory on-line when the light is red.

Since switching to the UPS box, all property recordings point to that mailing address on public records.So, long story long, today I received a 4" x 6" bright yellow card.

I have never met the owner, renter does not have a good relationship due to landlord neglect/disinterest. fwiw - Landlord had a stroke about a year ago and has family in the area (son stopped by after Irma damage). consistent yellow letters?

My plan is to direct mail (yellow letter) landlords in my area with the proposal of a long term lease (master lease) or to buy as-is for cash.
