I think that the SimpliSafe notice you’re referring to is fairly boilerplate.If you’re especially concerned about whether alarm registration is actually required in Cranston, I would recommend contacting the police department because they would absolutely know as they’d be the ones responding to any alarms, and it’s usually police departments that are the ones pushing for alarm requirements because they get irritated by false alarms.

Are you doing 20-30 Offers per month knowing almost all of them will fail and possibly irritating your Realtors to keep writing all of these up or are you being more selective and do a lot more analysis vs. offers?

Perhaps, some of the irritation is due to the low cost of homes/inventory in my market, resulting in a trivial amount of commission income upon a successful closing and more importantly, time away from building my real estate business and personal investments.
