They will have a lot of questions and trust issues. 

They seem to have a good team but this is something not thought out it seems , in their support I do have DSTs which have had the same issue and have not been making payments. 

It really shines a clear light onto the issue.

I do not believe it's a pricing issue because I have priced it lower than in previous years.

My investments were all what they termed private placement and was essentially funds used for lending, buying notes and recently land trust.After MIdland sprun this on us, my spouse also has accounts, I did some research but didn't see a purpose to remove our accounts at the time.I have not been with ET long enough to give comment on them and what little "issues" occured were technical.

While the location is great, parking is an issue, and can really only accommodate about 4 - 5 cars total at time reasonably.

I have not every purchased property in Canada, but my wife is Canadian and I've seen some of the issues her family has had to deal with.  

There can be specific issues that can cause the distribution to be taxable related to partners having enough basis / debt basis to distribute the proceeds. 

I would love to benefit from the savings of grouping the listings as a primary with add-ons, but the last time I tried that, there were multiple issues on their end.
