@Jerry Puckett thanks for your reply That is definitely something I would like to achieve and it’s very realistic  , Champions School of Real Estate is a short distance from my house.

. $600/mo includes a boat dock here in Indy on a reservoir, tennis courts, pool, a clubhouse, winter snow removal services and landscaping but no utilities- not even trash pickup. 

The views are great and the amenities (gym,pool,tennis courts, golfing, etc...) are outstanding.

Stone walls, or fences and hedges, tennis courts nearby, or upscale pubs, etc...Does the areas have any amenities to "Draw" your "Target Demographic" to the neighborhood, or is it "Out there all by itself". 

I'm currently planning to enroll in online courses through Champions Real Estate School.

can you still make a profit with a 7 BR in champions gate, must the house be themed out, any advice would be greatly appreciated

I've owned rental condos, owned one for over 20 years, easy to rent, good building and grounds maintenance, good amenities like swimming pool and tennis courts. 

Or roll large marbles or tennis balls in different directions.  

Which Real Estate school do you recommend, The CE Shop or Champions School of Real Estate.
