Anyone interested for zoom, coffee, I’d even consider the old telephone and talk investing?

You can always telephone your local building department and get the information you need.

I think you should eliminate management due to your living there, between Biggerpockets, a friend like me and a few attorney resources who consult via telephone you can self manage with little worry. 

I happen to live in North County Inland, and you are very close to me, so if you ever want to hop on a telephone call to go over numbers, that is what I happen to do pretty well. 

Figured I might get a faster response by calling the BP number on the receipt only to discover via a prerecorded message that there is no telephone support. 

We run as many legitimate expenses through the company as possible... health care, car payments, car insurance,  company lunches (1/2 credit for taxes on those), telephones, internet, and this year even our annual meeting of our corporation (of 2 employees!!)
