Goals, Teamwork, Actions..But, the economy has peaked, or pretty close to it.

But finally through all the issues, I was able to close last week and finally begin the planned rehab.Looking back it seems like it was a rocky process but really for me it was pretty much stress free because I had such a good team working on my behalf.Going forward, I'm looking to use my VA loan and house hack in the NYC area.If anyone has any questions regarding contacts in the KCMO area or buying while deployed with the military feel free to hit me up!

If you have a qualified team working on your behalf out of state investment can be very easy and profitable for a new investor.

My real estate team works with a lot of investors in the area, and while the larger players GC the jobs themselves, I should be able to get you headed in the right direction.

If I were you I would focus on building a team, work diligently on paying of any personal debt, save up a reserve of 3-6 months living expenses.

If the team works well, buy a few more.

Use that to help someone else who will in turn help you (think teamwork).

We're not big on burning through a ton of venture capital to do what can be done a bit slower with a small dedicated team working on things part time.  

I enjoy team work and would prefer to work with a partner for the first few flips. 

Hey, maybe someday I will have learned enough that I can help some other beginning Investor out.As a final note, one of the things that I like the most about this industry is that it requires everyone to help one another out - team work is a necessity, and in order to flourish you have to help everyone else win, just as much as yourself.
