So in reality THAT is the main difference in the 2's economic plans, one is pro-main street, the other is pro-trans-nationals or better put the big C-donors. 

I am a physician in NYC, a friend asked me to help a single mother with two teenage children who ended up on the streets after being evicted in Houston.

She says she wants to be closer to her daughter and she works down the street.

deep down, what I like about it is the cost is higher, hopefully there are less people there who have zero money and are like the peddlars at the street lights trying to raise a $500 EMD money to wholesale a property they have never seen 2000 miles away. 

* I am not familiar with Baltimore or what would constitute a complaint This is something that I've seen happen in New York with neighbors who are unhappy with tenants or owners on their street.

WE did about 30 new builds downtown charleston but last 2 years we simply could not find anything that worked.. finally found  a lot and we close on it mid month.will build the same floor plan on the same street we did 5 years ago and sold for 450k  this time its going to sell for 850k..

It's like trying to use a map of New York to navigate Rome – the streets might look similar, but good luck finding your pizza place.
