I’ve bought multiple properties using RTR and have never felt predatory.

Hi all, we bought a STR in 2022 for 380k, renovated it for 200k in 2023, and rented it out in July, August, September of 2023 with an average stay of just under 6 days.

I've bought several in the past few years at 8-10 caps and they have decreased already and the market is not even booming yet.

He bought two four-family properties in Brockton and ended up doing seven evictions in his first year.

BTW, I just bought 5 properties in 5 days in 3 states. 

Hi Jessica, I would suggest getting a propstream or any other lead generation account, finding cash buyers who bought similiar properties to yours in the last 3-6 months in the area of the properties you are looking to sell, skip trace then cold call or cold texting the list. 

So I bought a single family home for 315k that was considered inhabitable.

Have bought notes and foreclosures, but never been able to take possession during the note phase.

I was terrified when I bought my first rental.  

Has anyone bought from the platform?
