If you want to stir your teacher friends up, ask them how they feel about Obama's education reform package.

That will stir up some traffic.

It's difficult enough balancing tenant relations, why intentionally stir the pot?

Once with his son who is an accountant (Probably called me to stir up business since I left a message needing help), and once with his Dad who is a CPA/Attorney.

And voila - we now have real estate for real estate, the 45 and 180 day rule, the title requirements, the need for QI and the valuation requirements.Not sure I agree with Joseph Accetturo stirred up a hornet's nest here but listen closely and you'll hear the market speaking to you.  

He'S not big time like you i'm sure, but he knows what he'S doing and is willing to teach me.I'm tired of typing and i'm getting stir crazy.

Note: I'm not making any assumptions of why anyone's doing here, but this is an area we should be helping each other recognize is a rapidly changing space, particularly with things like STIR/SHAKEN (hopefully) on the horizon to help all us better distinguish between legitimate and spoofed Robo-dialers. 

This has to be a troll account meant to stir the pot and get a RE investor to say something embarrassing so it can then add flavor to an anti-landlord hit piece.
