Ok, about the NCAA Tournament Brackets.

We parted ways a few years ago and since then I have worked in the Entertainment Industry as a Club/Events Promoter working with several celebrities in Urban and Sports Entertainment.

Sold off many of them and went down to the bare essentials but building the collection back up with top of the line pieces.I do have to say that for all this time, I never shot sporting clays until fall 2 years ago.

I have played many sports and many for years, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, golf, swimming and water polo.

I can take time off to work on real estate deals and the hours don't really conflict much (poker is usually nights and weekends and I usually do real estate during business hours and weekdays.I don't play cash games but I probably played like 5000 tournaments last year and can give you some tips if you want.

I would have gotten more involved years ago with outside activities, such as biking, hiking and camping, and especially dog sports, agility, mushing and bikejoring, and perhaps been competitive on a local or fun level.

I've heard people say that about Wii Sports.

Who do you want on your team (real estate investing is a team sport and does not start out a singular sport): Real Estate Agent, mortgage broker, banker, inspector, insurance agent, CPA, real estate attorney, property manager.

We have two other tenants (a bakery and sports bar) who the previous owner prohibited from having tables and chairs out for customers.  

People come to fish in the spring and for tournaments.
