Businesses will close and county and cities will need to up taxes for remaining businesses to try and keep the government solvent.This will create a further downward spiral that will be very hard to recover from.

The effect on the stock market, businesses and housing would be profound.Let's all hope for the best but if multiple events hit at the same time, it could cause a downward spiral. 

There is also going to be difficulty for my new tenants to get their furniture and upstairs due to the spiral staircase hallways and thin walkways.

Until that roofing bill land's, boiler bill land's, lot repaving bill land's, and/or rent's spiral downward as the tenancy declasses from condition/operational neglect.  

Combined with the spiraling national debt this spells a tough road for new homebuyers......

Once this goes on too long you start to spiral into lower income from your REI caused by deferred maintenance.
