It seems pretty cheap so I am guessing you don’t have knob and tube in the panel and there must be a few old wired circuits.

For my 4 plex, I got quoted $24,000 for solar system- way too high. 

They used paneling on the inside with no drywall behind it.  

I think 5 years is way too short for a solar return.
