So are you going to flip this property? 

My partners signed off on the mortgage but at least from the bank's perspective did not qualify so are not actually on the mortgage. 

I see properties listed similar to what you're describing in the $650-750k range, so are you going to be able to separate this cabin from the competition by ~25%?

There are a number of reasons for this, chief among them, the water and sewer systems are built for a certain population, so are the schools, roads etc.

So are OO vs NOO loans even though you are responsible for either one.

I can’t guarantee crap so are the folks who are peddling about OOS cash flow. 

Also the new ones have more insulation so are BIGGER.
