Is there a city main that it connects to at the sidewalk/street, or is it hooked up to a septic system?

Instead of a defined spot you’ll have a discolored patch that’s now soaked in.Every few years I rent a gas powered power washer from Home Depot to clean my driveway, sidewalk, and back yard stairs.

I am actually talking about land that is just being developed - streets, curb, gutters, sidewalks, underground, etc. all just starting to go in.Remember, when you discuss areas that are good, you need to be sure you are not in areas that have already topped out.

We did that on a Seattle property a few years ago and were able to avoid digging up the planters, sidewalks and street which saved a ton of money.

Probably just the sidewalk or other common area upkeep.

That would include putting in all utilities, curb, gutters, sidewalks, etc.

The number of people parked outside and/or pacing on the sidewalk was pretty significant.  

Somebody will trip on a crack in the sidewalk in front of the business and sue.

Imagine if the dog now gets loose and attacks a child walking home from school on the sidewalk.

New roads and sidewalks there.
