There are facebook groups out there to help you get started just search investing akron,canton, cleveland and you will find a group of people that do exactly this.

When I search on AirBnB I search through all the photos and when there is less it makes it less tempting to book(unless the price is attractive).

You'll see some familiar names thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each app online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

You can google or search on BP for definitions of cash on cash, cap rate, etc.

I found this out after several victims skipped traced me and called me at my real phone number.A search of the scammer’s phone number indicated it was used on other fake websites to falsely represent other legit lenders, as well.
