I was the president of a volunteer group and I and a few other guys took the class to become certified hunter education instructors.But personally, I'd let them shoot a .22 at a gong target or shoot a 12 gauge at hand thrown skeet.But if it was me, I'd show them how to field strip a weapon, clean it, reassemble it.

Consequently, the W2 job might be the great weapon against market changes, personal stumbling blocks, and other highs/lows in business.So what now?

In 2021 Officers un-holstered and displayed their service weapons 61 times, in 2022 it was down to a mere 14 times, that's honestly impressive.

They don't practice a jammed primary weapon, an empty secondary, and going to the knife or hand-to-hand.

If you're renting you'll have a lease which will give you as the landlord a lot of control and will be your secret weapon if you ever have to go to court. 

This is so if we need work done, inspectors, etc I can remind them to secure their weapons.
