Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

If you have multiple properties where you can do this, you can finance a very nice lifestyle and still retain the underlying assets.Just curious the groups' thoughts on this?

It's more about the look than the material.

Hello all,What do folks use as lease generators and reference material for other rental-related forms?

Costs will be far lower, but an owner/operator would still get the benefit of staffing and material efficiencies. - You could consider owning those as rentals and leasing out to the businesses. - You could sell the land to an owner/operator who wants to build assisted living. - You could own and operate those yourself and just hire great management or bring in a management company.

To fix this problem without involving all of this shenanigans would probably only cost a few hundred dollars in materials and a few hours labor.

Hello BiggerPockets,I am new to the site and very interested in diving into the enormous amount of material on the site. 

Spend a little more on the front end with better materials. nothing worthwhile is ever easy or everyone would be doing it.
