Just wondering if anyone else is having these issues with their IRA custodian and recommendations that you might have as to how to address it.In the last 6 months these have all happened to me:1) Checks being sent to wrong people for purchase of assets.2) Tax bill sent to me that was really the tax bill for the custodian's office.3) Monthly recurring payment suddenly not paid one month.4) Taking 5 or more business days to credit incoming funds from a sold asset.5) Assets missing from my list of holdings.

First I set base criteria (residential detached, # of bed/bath, city, county)Then in a field called "Special Circumstances" that has some recurring keywords listed as options, I select the keywords that suggest a distressed property. 

When I make money as an agent I have set up a few more accounts to break the serving tray into OPEX and CAPEX for recurring software I use and my advertising budget.

But for me it has been invaluable so far for only a small investment and recurring fees. 

.$400/year to treat is a business move to get recurring revenue.  

Are you expecting this kind of a list to be a private list with very short-term use, or do you think you might need it for future reference (like tax purposes, recurring list or others)?  

The most recent IMF proposals essentially took the tack of saying that the Euro will continue to have these same recurring debt issues unless the union is tightened substantially, to the point of transferring wealth in some form to the poorer countries (much like the US transfers wealth from rich states to poor states), or dissolves.

You'd also get a valuable education; and a potential recurring partner for future deals.

It happened in a prior year and I think of it as more of a one-time expense as opposed to a recurring expense.

youve identified the problem (management)....do you really believe that you would have (on top of 900 monthly) 2500 in repairs on a recurring basis??...
