I picked a random house for sale in Salem, near the lake, but tweaked the # of bedrooms and guests.

With that said, a lot of management companies that are larger are constantly churning through what is essentially an entry level position, and I doubt there are that many folks checking the random person who goes just over 2 years before getting licensed.

I kind of think this really won’t have any noticeable effect on prices tbh, and frankly even a 2% reduction in net fees is so minor in the grand scheme of things, I mean 2% movements are basically random statistical noise at this point.

Don't trust some random website.  

Yes that can be an option but at the moment right now i have a deal in the works where i would need more then 50K to be able to make the numbers work I also recently went to a random bank and got a LOC for up to 50k at 11.5% interest rate with no fees.

You'll get random advice from a bunch of us armchair lawyers here, but that's worth exactly what you pay for it. 

For example, and this is picked at random, this house is $130,000 Kansas City.- I could easily put down a cash down payment and given my wages in Los Angeles, if need be, pay the mortgage when it is not being rented.- What are the potential problems other than not being there in person 24/7?

Is  your Facebook usage part of a business, marketing, branding plan consciously,or is it just more random and having nothing to do with that?
