Please keep in mind that interest rates have risen dramatically in the past two months because the federal reserve keeps raising rates.

Just be aware and do your due diligence.

It's kind of disconcerting when I can only raise rents by 5% but insurance is increasing by 10% to 15% per year. 

I am curious as to if anyone is aware of any first time home buyers programs for buying the first Primary Residence.

Sometimes they raise prices based on the data, and sometimes they drop those same prices, even dramatically, when the data says to do so.
