I was not sure if the foreclosure procedure was the same either way or if the process was different when foreclosing on a mortgage vs foreclosing on a tax lien. 

They can tell you minimum lot size, set back requirements, etc. and the procedure to follow if the lot is allowed to be subdivided.

Any leads to this procedure or details i can start with will be appreciated.best,T

My 2 cents would be to wait as laws/procedures/MLS, etc. varies state to state.

The attorney/bank weren’t really part of the Procedure.....it’s the sheriff’s office.
