I just want to provide some space for buddy entrepreneurs to have a nice desk, access to printers/scanners, etc. 

I use a good printer with decent pricing...pm me for details.

He is working 10-hour days and probably doesn't have easy access to a computer and printer.

were not covered by ExamSmart- I remembered most of these from the coursework though, and there were only a few Qs where I just had no idea.Also, the exam center's printer was broken, so we were not able to see our results right away like normal.

Descent lap top, does not need to be top line, printer/scanner/fax and any  cell phone, newest technology not necessary.

For office equipment (when I bought my laptop) or new printer, I believe my accountant spread it across my properties, since I generally spend equal amounts of time on each property, since they are all single families.  

The best thing I did was by own "all in one" printer/scanner/ fax from Costco for $200.

The staple holes and creases + partial binding of the sheets at their top end cause the printer to jam and/or pull multiple sheets at a time VERY frequently.

Some business have 100 printers like this.Thst is why IRS came up with a rule that says if you have a policy to expense everything below 2500 for books(you internal accounting), then you can also expense for tax.
