I have chosen to list my STR on Airbnb.

This would be Tier 2 for STR on the ordiance page and the licenses for this are unlimited. 

I will be putting my new STR on line to acquire some rentals for the 2018 summer season.

If come August the STR units are mostly not booked, we will convert them to LTR during the school year and have them STR only for the summer. 

:)I have 3 properties that I STR on AirBNB and have moved everything to Stessa and I'm very happy with it so far.

Have you considered managing the STR on your own?

STR only provides tax benefits for one year being left out does not make the article wrong.

When looking for properties in the Shenandoah area, I noticed that a lot of investors are buying new homes to use as STR on 1/4 acre lots w/ gorgeous views of Skyline Drive. 

My wife and I are planning to purchase a cabin in Big Bear, CA and use it as a STR on Airbnb and a vacation home.

People were moving into higher occupancy living situations but the banks held so many vacant properties that the supply/demand balance stayed the same.We had two STR rentals in the GR that we converted to LTR in the school year and STR only in the summer.
